General conditions
The prices are meant per person and day and include: final cleaning, bedlinen, towels, kitchen laundry, water, heating, electricity, VAT and internet WLAN access.
Reductions:
Reduction for adults sleeping in additional bed 20%
Reduction for children sleeping in additional bed or cot:
The reservation counts as fixed by receiving of a deposit and a written acknowledgement on our part.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Later arrival or prior departure:
In case of later arrival, prior departure or not occupied beds, the amount refering to reservation will be charged.
Check in and check out:
The apartments are at your disposal on arrival day from 3 pm until 9.30 am on departure day.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in our house.
Apartments:
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
